Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

Following several years of clinical work in acute psychiatry during her specialist training in Berlin, as well as in neurological rehabilitation, a depth-psychology-oriented inpatient psychosomatic setting, and most recently as a senior physician at Sanima Klinik, Ms Müller-Prasse assumed the position of Chief Physician at Sanima Klinik in December 2014.

Under her leadership, guideline-compliant psychiatric treatment is combined with intensive, cross-modal psychotherapeutic work — always oriented towards the wellbeing and symptomatology of the patient — within a therapeutic atmosphere that is both protective and relationship-centred.

Following nursing positions in oncology and neurological intensive care, as well as extensive leadership experience in inpatient settings, Ms Nowak assumed the role of Head of Nursing at Sanima Klinik in February 2020.

As an approachable and present point of contact, her empathetic and reliable manner creates a stabilising framework for patients that actively supports the psychotherapeutic healing process. Under her leadership, a modern, supportive management style combines with a forward-looking decision-making approach that strengthens the nursing team and safeguards treatment quality.

Managing Director

Mr Kappl, a graduate industrial engineer and economist (M.Sc.) with a specialisation in health economics, has been managing the affairs of Sanima Klinik am Mayenberg in Bad Herrenalb since 2014.

His management focus lies on the continuous development of operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for optimal treatment outcomes, and a hospital management approach that keeps pace with the evolving needs of patients and the challenges of health policy developments alike.
