Patients who are acutely at risk of harm to themselves or others and are unable to engage in therapeutic agreements (suicidal — e.g. in severe depressive episodes with narrowed affect — or aggressively tense and impulsively agitated — e.g. in acute mania or florid psychosis), as well as patients requiring nursing care or at risk of falls, cannot be treated at Sanima Klinik.
